Crime has been decreasing steadily this year (http://patch.com/A-4l60) in our month-to-month comparison. This crime is technically outside Lincoln Square's boundaries, but since our alderman sent out a warning with a very specific description, I thought it'd be beneficial for our readers to know about it.Feel free to shoot me an email too if you have any more questions (sarah.flagg@patch.com) and thanks for reading!
