ReplyMy comment here is when will MoDOT finish the Wellington Bridge? It's been pushed back at least six months from the original completion date. I'll check that out.

A veterans memorial at City Hall is part of this project. I'm not sure, but I think the veterans plaques are with the city and will be used there.
