I am a resident of Black Jack and a graduate of Hazelwood Central High School. I attended the University of Missouri in Columbia, where I studied film and journalism.

I have written for a variety of publications, including Funcoast.com, Louie Magazine, the Columbia Missourian, Vox Magazine and various branches of Patch.com.

In addition to my passion for writing, I have an immense passion for film. If I'm not working or writing, I can most likely be found watching a movie, either at a theater or at home.

I am also a huge music fan and appreciate other artistic and cultural phenomena (television, art, fashion, literature, architecture, photography... the list goes on).
