A Florissant man was sentenced Friday to 17 years in prison for sexually assaulting his then girlfriend’s daughter. Derrick Wilson, 30, of Florissant, was sentenced to 17 years in prison for each of two counts of statutory sodomy and to 10 years in prison for child molestation. The sentences will run concurrently. Judge Michael D. Burton sentenced Wilson Friday in St. Louis County Circuit Court. A jury on Feb. 27 found Wilson guilty on all three charges. St. Louis County prosecutors said Wilson sexually touched a girl, who was 11 years old at the time, on three occasions between April 13, 2010 and Sept. 19, 2010. Florissant Police said 19-year-old Terrell Moore subjected a girl less than 12 years old to sexual contact.
A Florissant man faces criminal charges for having sexual contact with a child between Dec. 1 and Feb. 1. Terrell Moore, 19, of Florissant, was charged Feb. 15 with one count of first-degree child molestation. Florissant Police said Moore subjected a girl younger than 12 years old to sexual contact through her clothing sometime between Dec. 1 and Feb. 1. Bail for Moore was set at $75,000. A Florissant man faces criminal charges for molesting an 11-year-old girl. Kevin McCreight, 39, of the 3900 block of Greengrass Drive in Florissant, was charged Friday with first-degree statutory sodomy and first-degree child molestation. Florissant Police said McCreight between June 1 and Dec. 25 had an 11-year-old girl touch him sexually and rub against him. McCreight was being held in St. Louis County jail on Tuesday.
