A Ferguson woman is accused of stabbing her husband with a broken bottle after his girlfriend showed up at their home Wednesday. Tiffany Scott, 38, of the 300 block of St. Louis Avenue, was charged Thursday with first-degree domestic assault and armed criminal action. Ferguson Police said Scott’s husband needed surgery after being stabbed with the broken bottle. Scott is being held in the St. Louis County Justice Center. Bail was set at $100,000. St. Louis County Police said the two argued and the man started choking the woman in their Dellwood home.
A Dellwood man choked his wife Jan. 4 in their home, St. Louis County Police said. Walter Brewer, 50, of the 300 block of North Floridale Avenue, was charged Saturday with second-degree domestic assault. St. Louis County Police said Brewer and his wife were arguing when he injured the woman by choking her. Brewer was being held Wednesday in St. Louis County jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
