Florissant Eatery Nominated for Destination Guide's Best of St. Louis Needs Your Help

The owners of Florissant-favorite de.lish Bakery and Cheesecake Cafe ask local residents to "vote" for them by simply viewing their interview on YouTube. We've got it for you, right here.

A Florissant couple is asking the community to help them take their business to the next level, and you'll barely have to lift a finger to do so. "We were filmed by Destination Guide's Best of St. Louis," said de.lish owner Jeff Mullersman. "They post it (on YouTube) and the St. Louis businesses featured compete for views." Mullersman said de.lish is the only nominee from the City of Florissant. "If we take the top spot, this would give us national tv coverage which is obviously good for us and Florissant," he said, adding that the community has been supportive of his business so far. Election Update: Florissant Has a New Mayor

Tom Schneider comes out ahead in the six-way race.

UPDATE 10:50 p.m.  After a long two months of campaigns, forums and meet-and-greets, the April 5 municipal election comes down to these results.  Florissant Patch will be keeping you posted throughout the night as results come in.  This is the final unofficial votes coming in from the St. Louis County Board of Elections.       *The St. Louis County Board of Elections said votes are being manually re-counted for the Ward 6 race.

XYZ The April elections for Florissant were interesting indeed. We elected a new mayor who is always in conflict with the present City Council. He just doesn't get it. We elected the same municipal judge who has been there for 30 years. We did get someone new for our Fire District and all incumbents on the Ferguson-Florissant School Board were unseated.
