Woman Robs North County Man After Sex

St. Louis County Police said Linda Dupree, of Ferguson, took the man's cash and cell phone, and pulled a knife and pepper spray when the man confronted her.

A Ferguson woman robbed a North County man using a knife and pepper spray after a sexual encounter. Linda Dupree, 27, of the 1300 block of Ferguson Avenue in Ferguson, was charged Tuesday with first-degree robbery and armed criminal action. St. Louis County Police said the man and Dupree had sex at a home March 21 in the 4200 block of North Hanley Road near the North Hanley Metrolink Station. Between 8 p.m. and 8:40 p.m., Dupree then took $65 from the man’s pants pockets and took his cell phone from the dresser and put it in her coat, police reported. Man Wrapped Belt Around Girlfriend's Neck, Choked Her, Police Say

Morris McDonald , who lives in North St. Louis County, is being held in St. Louis County jail after police said he choked his girlfriend with a belt.

A North County man faces abuse charges after police said he choked his girlfriend with a belt. Morris Antonio McDonald, 27, of the 3600 block of Av de Paris in unincorporated North County near Vaile Avenue and Old Halls Ferry Road, was charged Thursday with second-degree domestic assault. St. Louis County Police said McDonald wrapped a belt around his girlfriend’s neck and choked her May 8 in the 6800 block of Chesapeake Drive in North County just east of Black Jack. McDonald pleaded guilty in 2008 to third-degree domestic assault, assaulting a law enforcement officer and distributing a controlled substance. He was on probation after pleading guilty to possession of a controlled substance in 2010. McDonald is being held in St. Louis County…

Florissant Man Found Dead On Top of Electrical Box

Mach Nguyen, of Florissant, was found dead by a coworker at their office in unincorporated North St. Louis County.

A Florissant man died early Wednesday morning after being found unconscious at his workplace, according to a St. Louis County Police press release. A co-worker found Mach Nguyen, 55, of Florissant, unconscious and not breathing on top of an electrical box at their workplace, St. Louis Cold Drawn Inc. in unincorporated North St. Louis County. Nguyen was taken to Christian Northeast Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead. The case has been called an accidental death based on the evidence, the release said.

Parents Get Probation For Hitting Daughter With Pipe, Wooden Poles

A North County couple was put on two years probation after pleading guilty to hitting their 14-year-old daughter with PVC pipe and wooden poles. Angelia and Keith Brown, of the 2000 block of Shoreham Drive in unincorporated North County west of Spanish Lake, pleaded guilty Thursday to third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. The original charge was child abuse, a class C felony. Circuit Court Judge Michael D. Burton sentenced the Browns to two years probation, they must attend parenting classes and they must follow all directives from the Missouri Children’s Division. Girlfriend Turns Man In After Finding Ski Mask, Gun in Car, Police Say

Mark Porter Reynolds was charged with first-degree robbery after police said he held up a woman on Greenway Manor Drive in North County.

A man is accused of robbing a woman April 13 in a parking lot on Greenway Manor Drive in North County. The man’s girlfriend turned him in after finding a ski mask, gloves and a fake handgun in her car. Mark Porter Reynolds, 26, of the 300 block of Shepley Drive in Glasgow Hills, was charged Saturday with first-degree robbery. St. Louis County Police said Reynolds was dressed in black and was wearing a ski mask when he approached a woman in a parking lot at 694 Greenway Manor Drive at about 2:25 a.m. on April 13. The area is just north of Patterson Road and Greenway Chase Drive. Reynolds pointed what appeared to be a handgun at the woman and stole her cell phone, police said. The phone case had $16 and an ID. Infant Bruised 'Head to Toe;' Parents Charged With Abuse, Endangerment

St. Louis County Police said the baby had an unexplained broken arm when he was 1 month old and unexplained bruising at 5 months old.

Parents of a 5-month-old child, who had unexplained bruising “from head to toe,” face felony charges for child abuse and endangerment, police said. Joshua Anson, 21, of the 3200 block of Sunswept Park Drive in unincorporated North County, was charged April 25 with abuse of a child. He is the child’s father. The mother, Andrea Nicole Oster, 20, also of the 3200 block of Sunswept Park Drive just north of New Halls Ferry Road and Lindbergh Boulevard, was charged April 25 with first-degree child endangerment. St. Louis County Police said the child had an unexplained broken arm when he was 1 month old. Police Arrest Men Accused of Three Gunpoint Robberies

St. Louis County Police stopped a car with three men after a man told him they had just robbed him at gunpoint.

Three North County men were accused of committing three street robberies Sunday. The men were arrested on Chambers Road at Imperial Drive east of Dellwood. An officer stopped the car Sunday after a victim told him the occupants the car had just robbed him at gunpoint, according to a St. Louis County Police news release. The car matched the description given from two earlier street robberies within the past hour. The three suspects were arrested, weapons were seized and property from all three robberies was recovered, police said. Bail was set at $75,000.00 for all three suspects. Man Held Girls Against Will, Force Them To Have Sex For Money, Police Say

Two of the girls escaped from Anton Morris' North County home and called 911, St. Louis County Police say.

A North County man held three girls captive and forced them to have sex for money, according to a St. Louis County Police news release. Two of the girls escaped through a bedroom window and went to a nearby residence where they called 911, police said. Patch reported earlier that Anton M. Morris, 39, of the 11600 block of Fox Hall in North County, was charged with two counts of sexual trafficking of a child, a class A felony, and one count of trafficking for sexual exploitation, a class B felony. Man Coerced Underage Girls Into Prostitution, Police Say

Anton Morris, of North County, was charged with two counts of sexual trafficking of a child and trafficking for sexual exploitation.

A North County man is accused of using 16-, 17- and 18-year-old girls as prostitutes. Anton Morris, 39, of the 11600 block of Fox Hall Lane in North County east of Black Jack, was charged Sunday with two counts of sexual trafficking of a child and one count of trafficking for sexual exploitation. St. Louis County Police said on April 15 Morris placed a 16-year-old girl in a hotel room and advertised on the Internet that she would have sex with men for money. Police said he used the 16-year-old girl on Thursday to persuade a 19-year-old girl to join them in prostitution. Updated: Suspect Charged in Shooting Death of North County Man

St. Louis County Police said Jerrin Brown approached a parked car with several passengers and shot Paul Moore twice. Moore later died at an area hospital.

Updated at noon: A North County man has been charged with shooting Paul Moore to death on Sunday in Berkeley. Moore went to a QuikTrip in Bel Ridge for help, but died at an area hospital Sunday. Jerrin Brown, 32, of the 900 block of Sprinters Row Drive in unincorporated North County near Old Halls Ferry Road and Vaile Avenue, was charged Monday morning with first-degree murder and armed criminal action. Moore was shot in the 9300 block of Koenig Circle in Berkeley. He lived in the 6900 block of Lake Valley Drive in North County near Spanish Lake.
