Readers say when it comes to unique flavors and quality, Doozle's has the best ice cream.

The votes have been cast and we have a winner in our ice cream challenge. Doozle's in Florissant picked up the most votes to claim the victory. Dining Debate: Where's the Best Ice Cream, Frozen Custard or Frozen Yogurt?

Whether you enjoy the lighter option, the egg based option or some creamy delight, let Patch know what's the Reader's Choice for best ice cream, frozen custard or frozen yogurt.

Welcome to "Dining Debate," a column aimed at sharing the best foodie finds in our area: Florissant, Hazelwood and Maryland Heights. This weekly feature invites you to nominate and vote on your favorite places for a variety of eats and treats. How does it work? Every Monday, we will ask you to tell us your favorite place for a certain edible item. This week we're looking for a good cold treat.
