Florissant Police Blotter: Few Incidents of Burglaries, Thefts in Area

We've got a round up of the crimes that happened in Florissant in the past week.

Aug. 18 A residential burglary took place in the 800 block of Rogers. Aug. 20 A Dodge car was stolen in the 2100 block of Keeven. Aug. 23 A residential burglary occurred in the 600 block of Ledyard. A commercial burglary happened in the 1200 block of Dunn Road.

Florissant Police Blotter: Two Shoplifting Incidents Happened Last Week

Also, police responded to several stealing occurrences.

Aug. 10 An attempted car theft happened in the 1500 block of Summerrun. A shoplifting incident occurred in the 100 block of Flower Valley Shopping Center. A second-degree property damage incident happened in the 1st block of Marquette. Aug. 13 Someone stole a Chevy in the 1600 block of Bay Meadows. A Chrysler was stolen in the 2700 block of North Highway 67. A stealing incident happened at Humes at Harkee. Aug. 14 A residential burglary happened in the 100 block of North Castello. Someone stole a Dodge in the 200 block of Moule. Aug. 15 A shoplifting incident occurred in the 700 block of North Highway 67.

Florissant Police Blotter: Mullanphy Shopping Center Has Two Burglaries

Plus, a number of burglaries happen in residential areas of Florissant.

Aug. 4 A commercial burglary occurred in the Mullanphy Gardens Shopping Center. A stealing incident happened in the 3700 block of Santiago. Aug. 5 A residential burglary incident occurred in the 500 block of Angelus. Aug. 6 A residential burglary happened in the 1st block of New Hope Court. A residential burglary took place in the 1600 block of Fairmount. A commercial burglary took place in the Mullanphy Gardens Shopping Center Aug. 7 A residential burglary incident happened in the 3200 block of Tom Sawyer. A residential burglary occurred in the 2900 block of Santiago. Aug. 9 A residential burglary happened in the 3300 block of Cross Keys Dr.

The first day of August kept police busy around town.

July 31 A Ford was stolen in the 1800 block of Tahoe. Aug. 1 A residential burglary took place in the 100 block of South New Florissant Rd. A commercial burglary occurred in the 2700 block of North US Highway 67. A GMC vehicle was taken in the 1300 block of Dunn Rd. A stealing incident happened in the 2400 block of Pheasant. Aug. 2 A residential burglary happened in the 200 block of Countryside.

Florissant Police Blotter: Officers Respond to a Number of Thefts

Last week saw a number of stealing and burglary incidents.

July 20 A residential burglary occurred in the 1800 block of North Downs. July 21 A stealing incident happened in the 4500 block of Washington. July 22 A residential burglary occurred in the 1st block of Cantabrian Court. July 23 An attempted car theft of a Dodge happened in the 100 block of North Highway 67. Three stealing incidents occurred in the 200 block of Versailles, 1900 block of Washington and 800 block of Derhake. July 24 A residential burglary happened in the 1st block of Mohan.

Florissant Police Blotter: A Number of Burglaries Occurred in the Past Week

We round up the area crimes from the past week.

July 13 An attempted robbery occurred in the Holiday Hill/St. Anthony area. A robbery took place in the 1500 block of South New Florissant Road, with an implied firearm displayed. A theft occurred in the 1000 block of Grenoble. July 14 A Jeep was stolen in the 600 block of Gateswood. Two cases of stealing were reported in the 900 block of St. Antoine and 2800 block of North Highway 67. July 15 An incident of stealing occurred in the 2100 block of Keeven. A Chevrolet was stolen in the 100 block of Lynn Meadows. July 17 A residential burglary occurred in the 1st block of Taney. July 18 An incident occurred in the 1st block of Radford. Florissant Police Blotter: Number of Car Crimes Happen Last Week

We're letting you know the Florissant area crime report.

July 6 A residential burglary occurred in the 1300 block of South New Florissant. Two commercial burglaries occurred, one in the 1100 block of Jefferson and one in the 1700 block of Thunderbird. There was an attempt to steal a Pontiac vehicle in the 1000 block of Wooden. July 7 A residential burglary happened in the 800 block of Thompson. July 8 A Dodge vehicle was stolen in the 100 block of Capri. Three cars were broken into in the 8100 block of North Lindbergh. July 10 A residential burglary took place in the 1000 block of Hallwood. A strong arm robbery occurred in the Paddock Hills Plaza. July 12 A Saturn car was stolen in the 300 block of Dunn Road. A Pontiac has been stolen from the 2100 block of Love.

Police Blotter: Two Attempts to Vandalize Fighter Jet Plane

The burning incidents coincide with a number of burglaries and thefts in the area.

May 15 A second-degree burglary took place in the 1000 block of Rogers. The burglar broke the side basement window and entered through it, and the person stole a 50-inch flat screen TV and a Playstation 3. Police responded to a second-degree burglary in the 2900 Santiago area. The front door was pried open and a TV and Wii was stolen. May 16 A second-degree burglary occurred in the 3200 block of Cross Keys Drive, where a laptop and cell phone were stolen. Someone damaged two cars in the 300 block of Dunn Road. Each of the driver’s windows were broken, but only one car had a small bag of tools stolen out of it. May 17 A theft of $800 worth of jewelry occurred in the 1000 block of Ermanda. Florissant Police Blotter: Thief Runs Away with Chainsaw

Stealing incidents happen throughout residential areas of Florissant.

April 30 Police responded to a stealing incident in the 100 block of Shawnee when a chainsaw was taken from the back yard. A man was seen running around 6:45 a.m. north of Shawnee with a chainsaw in hand. An attempted first-degree burglary occurred in the 3000 block of Santiago. The resident heard the man unlocking the rear patio door and confronted him. The burglar ran from the house in an unknown direction. May 1 An air conditioning unit was stolen in the 1400 block of Bobolink from a vacant house. According to the report, the incident happened sometime between April 23 and April 30. May 2 A dark gray 2006 Toyota Tundra pick-up truck was stolen from the 300 block of Dunn overnight.

What a shame. Seriously, can you find something, ANYTHING, else to go complain about?? My bike got stolen 25yrs ago, maybe same people?? Happening everywhere!! Economy, housing market, funds cut, big businesses going down/stealing from clients, gas/cost of living prices, poor parenting & no resources for them, etc ALL PLAY A ROLE at this time. Police Blotter: Florissant Golf Course Gets Vandalized

Several incidents of burglaries and stealing occurred last week.

April 21 The Florissant Golf Course received property damage overnight when someone spray-painted the windows of the clubhouse. No other damage was reported. April 23 A second-degree burglary took place in the 2400 block of Soundview. The burglar forced open the rear door and stole four flat-screen TVs. According to the police report, a suspect has been identified. April 24 Police responded to a stealing incident in the 700 block of St. Francois when someone stole a generator from the basement. Someone stole two car stereos and four tires from the 12800 block of New Halls Ferry. A stealing incident occurred in the 1000 block of Dunn Road when whole and partial air conditioners were stolen.
