Florissant City Council Could Vote on Lowering Nature Lodge Rate
The council will look at lowering the residential rate for the Behlmann-Zykan Nature Lodge and other bills Monday night.
Monday night, the Florissant City Council will have its second reading and possible final vote on whether to reduce the residential rental fees of the Behlmann-Zykan Nature Lodge. The amended rental fees would be $200 for the top floor, $150 for the lower level and $300 for the entire building with a $300 deposit. Previously, fees were $350 for top floor and $350 for the bottom floor. The council will also take vote on the transfer of $40,000 from a salaries account to professional services to contract with the St. Louis Metro Softball Umpires Association for the summer and fall leagues. Maybe they don't do classes there anymore? I can't seem to find the info I had checked into previously on them. Maybe it's a rental facility only now?   more ›
