Florissant City Council Gives OK to Sunday Liquor Sales Law

The council also approved a number of other bills and postponed and read a few others.

The Florissant City Council rejected a bill that would have allowed the Rolwes Development Company to reduce the size of Park Side Estates from 1,600 minimum square feet to 1,200. The Council also had a number of bills that were passed, postponed or read for the first time. Here’s a rundown of how the bills stacked up Monday night. Ward 7 City Councilwoman Jackie Pagano was absent from the meeting.

Monday night, the Florissant City Council approved a bill that would allow Chipotle Mexican Grill to come into town as well as a $3,000 appropriation for gasoline for the sewer lateral program.
