NORAD Tracks Santa's Journey Tonight

Follow Santa and see when he will hit Florissant!

The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) is charged with keeping the United States and Canada safe from dangers originating from the sky or space. Tonight, however, the Colorado-based government agency adds one more important task to its daily list of duties. The agency will again provide its Official Santa Tracker that marks the Big Man's every move as he makes his way throughout both hemispheres. Local families will be able to see Santa's progress and be prepared for his arrival in the City of Florissant.  Included on the site is a countdown and activity page and a flight tracking system. Kids and adults can enjoy this very entertaining site that will have sugar plums dancing through everyone's head before retiring.

Religious Services Happening Around Town

Churches across the area will host services on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

The Clock is Ticking

Time winds down on Christmas shoppers.

The clock is not on the side of those last-minute Christmas shoppers. With winter weather on its way and several stores closing early — not to mention, the large, busy crowds — the window of opportunity to find those Christmas presents is closing. Florissant Patch provides store hours for people in need of grabbing that last gift or even an extra gallon of milk.
