A man is accused of breaking into his former girlfriend’s home in Florissant and beating her on Valentine's Day. Rahkem McNulty, 43, of the 1400 block of Werremeyer Place in St. Louis County’s Elmwood Park neighborhood, was charged Feb. 15 with second-degree domestic assault and first-degree burglary. Florissant Police said McNulty entered the woman’s home in the 200 block of Capri Dr. in Florissant without her permission. He was there when she returned home. McNulty confronted her about where she had been, made accusations and began hitting her, according to court documents. A Calverton Park man faces criminal charges after St. Louis County Police said he hit and choked his girlfriend Dec. 7 in North County. Emmanuel Keith Ray, 21, of the first block of White Drive in Calverton Park, was charged Friday with second-degree domestic assault. St. Louis County Police said Ray and his girlfriend were arguing when he began hitting and choking her Dec. 7 at 11905 New Halls Ferry Road in unincorporated North County.
