It probably took 3 judges to get them to grant the warrants they were looking for. And the AttorneyRead More Registration and Disciplinary Commission (ARDC) is the "bar" you are looking for. You will find specific rules there and though anyone can lodge complaints, and all complaints are heard, the accused members of the bar have a right to defend themselves and their actions. The attorney for the arrested kid can file for sanctions, too, and move to suppress the information obtained by the warrant if it is judged to have been granted erroneously.

Here you go: On March 14, Judge Kirk Schoebein signed off on a warrant seeking subscriberRead More information from Twitter. On March 29, two days after Twitter gave police the information they requested, Judge Lisa Wilson approved a warrant for Comcast to find out where the person who used the Internet to access Twitter lived. On April 1, Elliott was identified as the Comcast subscriber for 1220 N. University St., the affidavit said. Two weeks later, Judge Kim Kelley approved the warrant to search the house. The recent cold is simply WINTER. Every 20 or 30 years, you get one of these extreme drops in theRead More jet stream, which allows this kind of arctic cold to dip down into the US, instead of staying up in Canada as it normally would. Having said that, anyone who believes that Climate Change does not exist - is denying the world as we have know it for eons. Climate Change is what caused tropical forests in the Middle East to be replaced by the sands of today. This gave us oil. The same Climate Change caused the temperate forests of the Mid West, to be replaced by the farmlands you see today. This eventually gave up Coal and Natural Gas. The geography of the United States was spulpted by Climate Change - called the Ice Age. With Chicago at one time burried under hundreds of feet of ice. Climate Change is what caused us at one time to have a land bridge between Asia and Alaska, which is now under the Berring Strait. Climate Change is real. It always has been. It always will be. The REAL QUESTION is, how much if any is being caused by Man. What if anything can we do to lessen our influence on it. What MUST we do to deal with the consequenses of Climate Change - even if it is 100% natural. Those who like to laugh and joke about Climate Change - such as those all over the internet who are laughing at an Ice Breaker being stuck in the Antarctic ice in the Summer - are doing themselves and the world a disservice by making a joke of this. We need to find out what is happening. And determine what effect it will have on our world. We may not be responsible for the chagnes - just as those on the right claim. But even if it is not your fault - are you going to put your head in the sand and wait for the rising waters to cover you up? Or should you find out what exactly is happening and make plans to deal with it. After all all you Climate Change denyers. Man did not cause the Ice Age; but after this last week of frigid cold - are you really willing to chance 100 years of that kind of cold without making plans to deal with it? Or are you willing to go through the droughts of last year, without making any plans to deal with them?

One last thought - nearly every Climate Change model predicts that you will have Colder Winter -Read More Warmer Summers - More extreme swings in weather - stronger storms with more tornados and thunder storms. All this is predicted as the Climate Changes. Again - this could all be being caused by natural events - the sun, volcanos etc. But even if it is natural in its source, do you think we should make no plans to deal with the results?
