I took my Cocker there last Month and he loved it. They treated him well and he looked great! He wasn't as anxious to leave as when I had him done at Petsmart.

I took my Shi tzu there for a haircut and grooming. They totally screwed up the haircut. She looks terrible. They didn't pluck her ears, or even clean them for that matter. There were still matted clumps in the hair on her belly. They left clipper burns on her lower belly where they shaved her privates. Her nails were clipped wrong and they got the quick on several. And they Charged me $50! I now have to take her somewhere else and have their screwup fixed!
When I had my dog I took him here because it was close to the house. That was a wrong choice on my part.
They kept my dog all day and didn't cut his hair because they said the boss wasn't there and no one but her did that.
I thought that was really weird since all employees should be able to back up the boss.
After keeping my dog all day and making one excuse after another I finally got my dog and they wanted to be paid for having him there. They kept him in a Crate all day and my dog a black lab was not kept in a crate and after coming home he was so out of sorts.
I WILL NEVER NEVER EVER TAKE MY PET TO THESE PEOPLE!!!! Every time I pass this place it makes me cringe.
