Fresh Italy has new owners. As long time customers my husband and I were skeptical but willing to give the new owners an opportunity to prove themselves. We have been there 3 times since the new owners have taken over so this is a compilation review of those visits. The service is slllooooowwww…..slow to seat us, slow to come take an order, slow for drinks (it took 10 minutes for a bottle of wine to arrive already opened), and slow for food. The female owner looks beleaguered and unhappy, the male keeps a table at the back of the dining room with his food, drink, and computer, it looks unprofessional and in a perfect world they should be using that table for guests. Neither owner greets the customers. When it finally arrived the food was pretty good (which is why I gave them the two stars), they have expanded the menu, changed some prices, and there is no music. If they are going to stay in business they will need to make some changes and the first change is worrying about keeping their current clients by giving us a pleasant and friendly atmosphere.

I and my family have been customers for several years...it is one our favorite places in Florissant. The menu choices, which have been recently expanded, are all great. It's easy to see that not only is the preparation important to the management, but the way in which it is presented is inviting to the customer. The establishment makes customers feel that they are in a neighborhood restaurant where there are no strangers.
