Fortel's Pizza Den is a great pizzaria where the staff will make you feel like family. Fortel's dough is made from scratch every day, the shop's original medium-thin crust pizza is different than traditional St. Louis recipes. All pizzas comes with a tremendous load of toppings and the cheese has nice, strong flavor to it. Appetizers include toasted ravioli, fried eggplant, fiery fingers, french fries and onion straws. Salads, pastas, breads and sandwiches are the selected menu items along with thier pizza options.

Although my family is very dissapointed that Fortel's in Florissant closed, the last time we were there the dining room was dirty and we just didn't feel the dinner was a good value! The pizza is DELICIOUS, but pricey!
