Very Disappointed in this police department. They fail to investigate child abuse, falsify police reports fail to bring a perpetrator's grown daughter in for theft allowing the statute to expire and then promote Sgt. Biermann who did this and allowed no investigation into substantiated abuse to 4 children over a 4 year period.
