Hazelwood School District Enrollment Opens Tuesday
New students can be enrolled starting July 2 for the 2013-2014 school year.
Although school is still more than a month away, new students can start being enrolled in the Hazelwood School District.
The district will open its enrollment for new students July 2. They will close for the Fourth of July but will reopen July 5. Enrollment will continue through Aug. 9.
Parents or guardians are able to enroll students between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Hazelwood Learning Center.

Parents need the following for enrollment:
- Original state-issue birth certificate for the student
- Current immunization records for the student
- Transcript for students in grades 9-12 or
- Most recent report card for students in grades K-8
- Discipline record from previous school, grades 6-12
- Current drivers’ license or state ID for the parent/guardian
- Proof of residency
The first day of school is Aug. 12. Ferguson-Florissant enrollment will open July 15.
