The award includes a $1,000 UMSL scholarship, and recognizes high school students in the visual and performing arts who display outstanding talent, leadership, and responsibility in one or more high school arts programs.

On September 24th on the campus of University of Missouri-St. Louis Rachel Morgan was presented a Dean’s Award. This award is given to outstanding juniors in high school that have exhibited outstanding achievements in fine arts (music, theatre, dance, drama or visual art).
