Ferguson-Florissant District Asks for Opinions on Next Year's Budget

The district is asking residents to complete a Budget Priority Survey to help decide how it will spend its 2013-2014 budget. We've got the details on how and where you can chime in.

The Ferguson-Florissant School District is asking for the community’s opinion about the way it spends money during the 2013-2014 school year.

The district’s Budget Priority Survey can be found on its website.

“This survey requests your response and opinion about the way the district spends money,” reads the introduction. “The results of this survey will be used, along with other information, to assist in developing spending priorities.”

The priorities determined by the results will then be used as guidelines for building next year’s budget, the district said, and if additional funding becomes available in the future, the guidelines will allow for expansion of programs and/or services.

The survey has 141 questions that use a rating scale for answers.
