Restaurant Report: Bandana's Unable to Provide Hep. A Vaccination Records for Employees

Comments: There were no hand towels at the sink in the men’s restroom. Employee supplied paper towels at the sink to correct the violation. Facility not able to provide hepatitis A vaccine for all employees. Inspector to complete a 14-day follow-up to check employee hepatitis A records.
