Recycling the Electronics

Florissant hosts citywide electronic drive on Saturday.

The city of Florissant has never seen recycling done like this before.

On Saturday, the city of Florissant, as well as Mers Goodwill, will host an electronics recycling drive. From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., residents have the option to drop off electronics as small as a cell phone to as large as a washer and dryer set.

Mayor Robert Lowery announced the event in early January and has continued to laud the event through meetings, as well as city events.
