Public Can Speak on Walmart at Florissant City Council

Florissant City Council will have public hearing to discuss Walmart property.

The Florissant Planning and Zoning Commission voted 4-2 to recommend approval to the council for THF Realty’s plan to rezone the property.

Previously, the commission denied recommendation of the group’s plan.

The Council will also do its first reading over the , which begins on Dec. 1.
