Florissant Patch: Could you tell us about your family?
Dan Boyle: My parents are Patrick O. and Jane Boyle. I have one sister, Laura Stevens. She and her husband, Kurt, have four daughters. I enjoy spending time with my wonderful nieces.

Florissant Patch: What is your educational background?
Boyle: I attended Washington University, School of Law; Greenville College, where I earned a B.A. in Business Administration; and McCluer North High School.
Florissant Patch: What is your current occupation?
Boyle: My father and I have a private practice of law together, the Boyle Law Firm, LLC, located in Old Town Florissant.

Florissant Patch: Do you have experience related to the elected office you seek?
Boyle: I have served as Provisional Judge for the City of Florissant since 2007. I am a licensed Missouri attorney, in the private practice of law.
CANDIDACY INFORMATION
Florissant Patch: Why did you decide to run for this position?
Boyle: One of the reasons I attended law school was because I was interested in one day serving as a judge. I see serving as a judge as an opportunity to use my education and training and to give back to my community.
Florissant Patch: What will be a top priority for you in the office of judge?
Boyle: I would move to modernize the courts and reduce the amount of paperwork involved in the process. I will review all court dockets to make sure that they are run efficiently and that they are meeting their stated purpose. Finally, I would move problem properties through the courts and do so in more expedient manner.
Florissant Patch: What sets you apart from the other candidate?
Boyle: I will bring a fresh perspective and a new energy to the municipal courts. As an active member of the community, I am aware of the concerns of business people and private citizens of the City of Florissant. I will make sure that the courts are run in a fair and impartial manner.
Florissant Patch: What qualifications will you bring to the office?
Boyle: In addition to serving as Provisional Judge for the City of Florissant, I have completed more than 60 hours of specialized training related to municipal courts. I have an active law practice, which I will maintain while being judge.
Florissant Patch: Why should residents vote for you?
Boyle: After 32 years, it is time for a change in the Florissant courts. If elected, I promise to take time to listen and be fair to those who come through our court system.
