  • Florissant City Council unanimously approved a special use permit transfer for the operation of a cell phone tower at 62 Grandview Plaza.
  • The council approved Bill 8899, which reduces the residential fees for the Zykan-Behlmann Nature Lodge.
  • The council approved a postponement on the third reading of Bill 8900. The bill will allow for the transfer of $10,300 from the capital improvement fund to capital additions for the purchase of fleet management software. Ward 6 Councilman Pat Stinnett had additional questions regarding the software, such as does the price include updates and compatible apps. He requested the IT director attend the next meeting to better answer questions regarding the purchase.
  • The Florissant City Council unanimously approved the transfer of $40,000 for the contracting with the St. Louis Metro Softball Umpires Association for umpires for the summer and fall softball leagues.
