Granted: Money for Improvements Will Benefit Local Park
Tower Court Park in Florissant is on the list St. Louis County parks to get funds for renovations.
The Municipal Park Grant Commission of St. Louis County announced about $3 million in grants for 18 parks.
will see the following enhancements:
- new restrooms
- new fencing
- repairs to the synthetic turf courts
- a new shelter

According to the commission's website, the Municipal Park Grant Commission of St. Louis County was formed in 2000 after voters approved a new sales tax to help improve, restore and expand their municipal parks and recreation programs.
