Florissant Rededicates Vietnam Veterans Memorial
On the morning of Memorial Day, several pay tribute to the refurbished monument.

The Vietnam Veterans Memorial was rededicated with a formal ceremony on the late morning of Memorial Day with some new features surrounding it.
