Keep Your Children Even Safer with MoCHIP

While many enjoy the fun festivities of the on Oct. 9, the will provide a vital service to parents and their children.

Partnered with the Missouri Freemasons, the police will hold a one-day Missouri Child Identification Program sign-up.

The free program provides parents with necessary information in the event that their child is missing or kidnapped.

Parents receive a digital photo, digital fingerprints, a DNA swab, child information along with emergency contacts, a dental bite impression and two laminated ID cards.

All information is given to the parent once processed and none of the information remains with the parent.

If your child has been previously enrolled in the MoCHIP program, the police department will also update your child's infomation.
