Florissant Residents Can Learn to Read the Skies

Florissant residents have the opportunity to take part in a series happening throughout St. Louis County on Oct. 8.

The St. Louis County SKYWARN programs will host a training at the James J. Eagan Center on Oct. 8 at 9 a.m.

The program trains volunteers how to be severe weather watchers and provide valuable services during severe weather times. The program has been operations since 1975.

The class is free, and no registration is required.
