Public nOTICE OF HEARING TO CONSIDER ESTABLISHMENT OF THE

FLORISSANT SUNSWEPT COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Florissant, Missouri will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 9, 2012 at 7:00 PM at the City of Florissant, City Hall, 955 Rue St. Francois, Florissant, Missouri to consider the establishment of the Florissant Sunswept Community Improvement District (the “District”) pursuant to the Missouri Community Improvement District Act, sections 67.1401 through 67.1571 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, as amended (the “Community Improvement District Act”).  A petition for the establishment of the District (the “Petition”) has been filed with the Florissant City Clerk and such Petition is available for review during regular business hours at the office of the City Clerk.  The proposed boundaries of the District describe land containing approximately 27 acres generally bounded on the west by property of WS Stallings Development, L.L.C., on the north by Lindberg Boulevard/State Highway 67/M-140; on the east by Coldwater Creek; and on the south by the northern boundaries of the Lot 3 Lowe’s Subdivision and the Parc Chateau Plat No. 2 subdivision.  The property within said boundary having the generally recognized addresses of 3400 N. Highway 67, 3350 N. Highway 67 and 3605 Seville Dr. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing.  This notice is provided pursuant to section 67.1431 of the Community Improvement District Act.
