Warrants Issued for Florissant Man Who Shot Designated Driver in Throat
The 45-year-old man is charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal action.
Arrest warrants were issued Monday for 45-year-old Timothy Rogers by the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for first-degree assault and armed criminal action after he reportedly shot a 36-year-old man in the neck at a Florissant bowling alley Sunday night.
Rogers lives in the 1900 block of North Downs in Florissant
At approximately 7:10 p.m. Sunday, Florissant police responded to a report of a shooting at Olympic Lanes.

When officers arrived, they found the shooting victim in the parking lot with a single gunshot wound to the neck.

The victim was transported to a nearby hospital where he is currently in stable condition.
Rogers turned himself in at the Florissant Police Department about an hour after the shooting.
Rogers was transferred to the St. Louis County Jail, where he is being held on a $50,000 bond.
