Seriously? A Felony? For selling bootleg DVD's?

It's really not their jurisdiction, these are crimes that are supposed to be investigated and pursued by the FBI not local law enforcement, but since the Feds no longer put a high priority on it and anyone with a computer can download anything these days almost view it as a victimless crime. They should spend their time fighting real crime.
