Police Looking for Suicidal Florissant Man

St. Louis County police are looking for a man who went missing after leaving a suicide note at his home.

The man, Michael Dobbs, 66, left the note at his home in the 6600 block of Hyde Park Square on Monday afternoon, according to St. Louis County Police.

He is bipolar and suffers from depression, police said. Police aren't sure what direction he traveled, but said he has relatives in Minnesota and Florida.

Dobbs is described as white, 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes. He was driving a gold 2004 Toyota Corolla with Missouri license plate number: MA4F9R.

Police issued an endangered person advisory Monday night. Anyone seeing Dobbs, his car, or has any information about him should dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the St. Louis County Police Department at 314-889-2341.
