Police Catch Teenager Inside Burglarizing Home

The 17-year-old suspect was charged with burglary

found a teenager inside a home after responding to a burglar alarm Friday, according to court documents.

Joshua Vaughn, 17, of the 200 block of Bellm Lane in , was charged Friday with second-degree burglary, stealing and possessing burglar tools.

Officers responding to a burglar alarm in the 100 block of Graham Road at about 2:56 a.m. Friday found Vaughn in the home, police said. He had a hammer and a large kitchen knife adapted to be used as a burglar tool, and stolen merchandise in his backpack, police said in the report.
