Police Arrest Man For Convenience Store Burglary

One man faces charges of burglary and stealing after a convenience store burglary last week.

Florissant police arrested Travis Brantner, 24 of Macon, MO, for the burglary of A&M Market on Graham Road.

Last week, police released surveillance video stills to help capture Brantner. He confessed upon his arrest, according to a press release.

Florissant Police said Brantner broke a glass door to enter the store at 145 Graham Road at about 5:47 a.m. Thursday. He removed the cover from an ATM, but could not get into the safe to get cash, so he grabbed some lottery tickets and left the store, police said.

Brantner is being held in the St. Louis County Justice Center. Bail was set at $15,000.
