A 21-year-old North County man is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl at his home.
Marcus Jerome Kelley, 21, of the 2400 block of Cheshire Drive near New Halls Ferry and Lindbergh Boulevard, was charged Saturday with second-degree statutory rape.
Florissant Police said Kelley and the girl had sexual intercourse July 18 at his home.

Kelley is being held in the St. Louis County Justice Center. Bail was set at $50,000.
