Teen Charged With Burglarizing North County Home, Stealing Car
St. Louis County Police said the 18-year-old man and another person broke into the home east of Black Jack between Sept. 12 and Sept. 15.
An 18-year-old man and another person burglarized a home and took a car from a neighborβs house in the 6800 block of Chesapeake Drive in North County, St. Louis County Police said.
Malcolm Hodge, 18, of the 6800 block of Chesapeake Drive, was charged Jan. 9 with second-degree burglary, felony stealing and tampering with a vehicle.
St. Louis County Police said Hodge and another person broke into the home in unincorporated North County east of Black Jack between Sept. 12 and Sept. 15. They stole a television, a platinum diamond ring, diamond earrings, a spare car key and other jewelry and household items, according to court documents.

The two men also used the spare car key to take a car from the home, police said. Hodge rode in the stolen car, according to a report.
Hodge was being held in St. Louis County jail Tuesday. Bail was set at $35,000, cash only.
