Man Accused of Dumping Body Gets New Court Date

Paul Tripp, who is accused of abandoning the body of a Maryland Heights woman last seen alive in Florissant, is scheduled to appear next in court on July 29.

Paul Tripp, who is accused of abandoning the corpse of Valerie Butler, had his pre-trial conference postponed on June 16. He was scheduled to appear in court on June 17 but is now scheduled to appear on July 29, according to Case.net.

This is the second time Tripp's pre-trial conference was rescheduled. He was scheduled originally for the conference on May 20.

Tripp was arrested in March for abandoning the body of Valerie Butler, a Maryland Heights woman who had been missing since February. Butler had last been seen at Handlebars Bar in Florissant.
