Florissant Woman, Child Injured in Car Accident on Highway 180

The two were taken to DePaul Health Center after a rear-end accident last week.

A Florissant woman and child received minor injuries in a car crash on Highway 180, west of Fee Fee Road, Wednesday evening.

Eboni Brown, 23 of Florissant, and a seven-year-old boy were traveling in a 2008 Kia Spectra, according to a Missouri Highway Patrol report. A car in front of them had slowed for emergency vehicles, and Brown didn’t notice and struck the back of the other car.

Both were taken to DePaul Health Center for treatment of minor injuries. Brown was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident, but the child was, the report said.
