Police look for a number of possible suspects and caught a few, too.

Dec. 7

A car theft occurred in the 400 block of North Highway 67. Thieves stole the car off a shopping center parking lot. Riverview police later found the car and recovered it. The officers also arrested an adult and two juveniles for it.

Police responded to a second-degree burglary in the 800 block of St. Francois. A witness described a man breaking the front window of a business and leave with a bag of money in a black Pontiac Grand Am. 

A second-degree burglary occurred in the 1000 block of North Lafayette. A resident noticed the basement door had been forced open and that jewelry and a handgun had been stolen from the property. A neighbor said that they heard glass break around 3:30 p.m.

Dec. 9

Two first-degree robberies took place in Florissant.

Police responded to a robbery in the 3500 block of Parker Spur. A man approached a cashier with a gun and demanded money. The man is described as 5-feet-eight inches to six-feet tall, 150 to 180 pounds in dark clothes and in his late teens.

In the 1200 block of Graham Road, a man approached a cashier and demanded money from the register and safe. The man left in a red pick-up truck. 

Dec. 11

Florissant police recovered a stolen vehicle that had been reported stolen in the 300 block of Dunn Road.  Overall, police arrested two men and one woman after discovering the car they were in had been reported stolen to the St. Charles City Police. The license plates on the car were also reported stolen from St. Louis City Police.
