More burglaries occur in residences around town.

Police responded to a second-degree burglary in the 1600 block of Crosby. Thieves stole copper pipes from a vacant residence. Police haven’t announced any suspects in the case.

Residents reported a second-degree burglary in the 600 block of St. Marie. Thieves forced open the rear door and stole a TV and jewelry from the residence.

A second-degree burglary took place in the 1000 block of Wycomb. The resident left their house to return and found someone had broken into it. A flat screen TV and two video game consoles were stolen. No signs of forced entry have been discovered, and police have no suspects.
