Police seek suspect in robbery of local business, while two more burglaries are committed in Florissant.

May 17

Florissant Police seek the man who committed a robbery of in the 2600 block of Lindbergh. The robber entered Planet Cash displaying a handgun and asked the employees to leave through the back of the business. No one was injured, and an undetermined amount of money was taken. Police describe the suspect as 30 years old, 6-feet tall, 180 to 200 pounds, wearing all black and a ski mask.

Police responded to a second-degree burglary in the 1st block of Shawnee. Burglars entered the residence through an unlocked bedroom window, and they took an iPad and game system. No suspects have bee announced at this time.

Police have arrested a suspect involved in the second-degree burglary in the 2800 block of Patterson Road. The man entered a store on Friday. While attempting to leave without paying for his merchandise, he hit a clerk, which caused her to fall, and fled. The man was later apprehended during a traffic stop. Police have sought warrants for charges.
