VIOLATED A PROTECTION ORDER. The law better put him away before he kills the kid.

First of all E. Holloway you do not know the whole situation so therefore you should not judge a situation before finding out the whole facts of the story. He has not been charged with this and will be calling Florissant Patch. Its his crazy ex-wife that has filed all of these false orders of protection that have been dropped. Its sad to say but if an angry women who doesnt get her way in a divorce can just go to the courts to file false charges without any proof and get caught in court lying and nothing was done. Its the courts that are causing havic on peoples life without looking at the whole truth.

Always 2 sides to every story and until I hear the child's mothers side, only time will tell the truth.

To me in his mug shot he doesn't look to be a good person much less good w/kids. I have actually caught this same creep starring at my daughter while her and I where out! So ladies maybe u should stop taking his side, cause it is obviously You don't know every thing about him as u thought u did!! Btw: I did say a few choice words about him starring at her and of course that DID NOT stop him from doing as when drove way!! So yes I to believe he deserved this publishing. @E. Halloway I also agree with you

Just a clarification here. Mr. Gander HAS been charged with a crime, or I would not have published this. Being charged with a crime DOES NOT mean a person is guilty. Innocent people do get charged with crimes. I have asked Mr. Gander via email to contact me or to have his attorney contact me if they wish to give additional information.
