MERS/Goodwill Partners with the City of Florissant for Second Annual Electronics Recycling Drive

In this digital age of evolving technologies the amount of gadgets can add up quickly, and disposing of unwanted electronics can be expensive and harmful to the environment. For several years, MERS/Goodwill has aided in collecting more than 1,000 tons of electronics for recycling.Β  This year, the City of Florissant and MERS/Goodwill will partner for the second year, to hold an electronics drive for the community.

Participants will receive a tax receipt for their donation on the spot, and MERS/Goodwill will provide a pick-up service for large items that cannot be brought to the donation site.Β  It is a one-stop-drop, and prior sorting of donated items is not necessary.
