Vinyasa yoga incorporates meditation, and yogic breath (ujjayi breath)
with movement through yoga postures (or asanas) for a soft, flowing
practice that is often considered dance-like in nature. This is a basic
level class and no prior experience in yoga is necessary. Come join us
for a fun, relaxing class!
