WHO: AnthemUSA partners Kendall Brune and
Wes Sperr, County Executive Charlie Dooley, Greater North County Chamber President
Carolyn Marty, Mid-East Area Agency on Aging Executive Director Mary Schaffer,
Bishop Ed Bass and Pastor Sherman Strong. Subject to addition or change.

BACKGROUND: River Trace Townhomes is the first
living community created by veteran-friendly development company AnthemUSA. Founded in 2012, AnthemUSA, LLC creates
community-based planned rehabilitation communities designed to serve returning
military families and retired veterans. The
company has designed three models for enhanced veteran transitional living
communities:

1.    “Trace” properties provide comprehensive living
communities in a suburban setting.

2.    Through the urban “Oasis” model the team repurposes obsolete or neglected buildings
and strengthens the surrounding neighborhood.

3.    The company also plans to build veteran-specific
campuses from the ground-up located near military bases under the model “Veteran Villages of America”.

River
Trace, the company’s first suburban model, is located in north St. Louis County
near Chain of Rocks Bridge. The first of the “Trace” properties, this residence
is open to both veterans and non-veterans alike. River Trace offers large,
private townhomes, which border quiet, undeveloped, wooded St. Louis County
conservation areas. Unit amenities include in-unit washer and dryer hook-ups,
attached patios or decks, two parking spaces, in-unit storage, a facility
playground, nearby metro bus stop, bar-b-que areas, and more.

River Trace Townhomes has developed
strong relationships with the nearby schools, providing educational
opportunities to residents through partnerships with local educational
institutions. The community has strong working relationships with organizations
such as the St. Louis Regional Alliance for the Troops and HEROES Care to
provide additional veteran-specific transitional support. To facilitate job
opportunities, River Trace has partnered with major local employers, including
Christian Hospital Northeast, the Federal Records Center and Boeing.
