Five Things to Know for the Florissant Fall Festival

We're giving you a rundown of what to know for today's festival.

It’s one of the most exciting times of the year for Florissant residents as the Fall Festival gets underway today.

Before you and your family head out the door for all of the festivities, make sure you’re caught up with a few things to know for today.

  1. The National Weather Service had a 60 percent chance of rain and even thunderstorms before the afternoon. The temperature will be nice though at 75 degrees.
  2. Art lovers might appreciate checking out the Children’s Art Festival and a showcase of local artists on the City Hall lawn during the day Sunday.
  3. For those who might have a bit trouble walking, the city’s FLERT bus will serve as a shuttle during the festival and transport festival-goers block to block along St. Catherine.
  4. You can catch up with Patch editors, including Florissant Patch editor Aja J. Junior, at the festival, as we’ll be manning a booth all day.
  5. If you’re looking for a full rundown on what’s happening where, check out our guide.
