Value City Construction Gets Underway
The $10 million project is slated to open this fall.
Previously, Mayor Tom Schneider announced that Ashley Furniture Homestore, Ulta Salon Products and Services and Five Below would be going into the new development and Panda Express into the outlot.
He also said that two other local stores would be moving, and a sign outside of the development indicates that will be one of the stores moving down the street.
A recent press release from Mayor Schneider’s office said that the $10 million development would be opening in September or October.
