Address:  1929 Washington St., Florissant
Date of Inspection: April 25
Type of Inspection: Routine
Risk Factor: 3
Grade: 95-A
Comments: No label or date-marking system in place for foods in coolers; to-go boxes not properly stored; dining restroom door was propped open; inspector noticed a barbecue sitting in the back of restaurant and needs plan review.

Comments: No food safety certification presented to inspector, but proof of enrollment could be provided; inspector saw bare hands come into contact with ready-to-eat bread, and inspector explained food-handling procedures to employees; dish machine doesn’t dispense sanitizer properly; no Hepatitis A immunizations provided for all employees.
